    Job Summary
    Real Essentials seeks an Advertising Specialist who will play a key role in creating, executing, and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a mix of creativity and analytical skills, focusing on boosting brand awareness, driving traffic, and maximizing return on ad spend.

    Responsibilities

    • Advertising Strategy & Campaign Management:
      • Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
      • Target B2B audiences, optimizing ads for conversion and engagement.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: * Analyze and report on ad performance, adjusting strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. * Provide actionable insights to optimize ad spend and increase campaign effectiveness.
    • Creative Development: * Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce compelling, on-brand creative assets such as banner ads, social media content, videos, and copy. * Ensure the consistency of messaging and creativity across all platforms.
    • Budget Management: * Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure spending is efficient and aligned with business goals. * Regularly review budget allocation and adjust bids to optimize campaign success.
    • Market Research & Trends: * Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and new advertising opportunities. * Proactively identify areas for improvement in ad performance and new strategies to engage target audiences.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work closely with sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives. * Communicate results, performance updates, and optimization strategies to senior leadership.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or marketing, especially in a B2B or wholesale setting.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
    • Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
    • Ability to craft engaging ad copy and collaborate on visually compelling creative content.
    • Strong understanding of brand voice and how to appeal to target markets.
    • Ability to interpret performance data, derive actionable insights, and make adjustments to campaigns.
    • Experience with A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and effectively report to leadership.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be available to work in-office at 4 World Trade Center, Manhattan, every day.

    Compensation
    $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with significant opportunities for career growth and a collaborative, innovative team environment.
