    JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Manager to join our team. As an Automotive Service Advisor / Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service department. Your main goal will be to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery. If you have a strong background in automotive service and management, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
    • Provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
    • Ensure that all service work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
    • Monitor and manage the workflow in the service department
    • Interact with customers to address any concerns or questions they may have
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle repairs, and service history
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

    Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

    • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
    • Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills
