Advisory Solution Consultant - Technical Strategist, Mid-Market
Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Strategist (TS) to join our Mid-Market Sales Team. As part of our Pre-sales organization, this role focuses on building trust with technical leaders at mid-market customers and prospects by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions. Leveraging technical expertise, real-world experience, and executive engagement skills, the TS will help customers understand the opportunities of the "platform of platforms" vision.
You will act as a technical leader, guiding customers to realize value through best practices and industry standards. Collaborating with customers, partners, and the Mid-Market Sales team, you will create and communicate high-level architectures and strategies to audiences up to the CIO/CTO level. You will articulate the benefits of ServiceNow's single cloud platform and lead workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $131,925 - $217,725, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
