Position: Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed work instructions (MOTs), set-up sheets, and process plans.
- Develop and verify machining processes for complex fabrications, including work holding, fixtures, cutting tools, and gauges.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Provide process improvement expertise and identify root causes of manufacturing and quality issues.
- Conduct drawing reviews to ensure product manufacturability.
- Develop routers and work instructions.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in aerospace sheet metal fabrication, welding, forming, machining, and processing.
- 2+ years of experience in developing machining processes for complex fabrications, including work holding, fixtures, cutting tools, and gauges.
- 3+ years of experience working with equipment such as brake presses, CNC punching, laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, CNC mills, and welding.
- CAD software experience required; SolidWorks and Mastercam proficiency is a plus.
- Extensive aerospace manufacturing experience with highly complex designs and familiarity with OEM standards is desired.
Education & Certifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
