    Position: Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace)

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Prepare detailed work instructions (MOTs), set-up sheets, and process plans.
    • Develop and verify machining processes for complex fabrications, including work holding, fixtures, cutting tools, and gauges.
    • Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
    • Provide process improvement expertise and identify root causes of manufacturing and quality issues.
    • Conduct drawing reviews to ensure product manufacturability.
    • Develop routers and work instructions.

    Experience Required:

    • 3-5 years of experience in aerospace sheet metal fabrication, welding, forming, machining, and processing.
    • 2+ years of experience in developing machining processes for complex fabrications, including work holding, fixtures, cutting tools, and gauges.
    • 3+ years of experience working with equipment such as brake presses, CNC punching, laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, CNC mills, and welding.
    • CAD software experience required; SolidWorks and Mastercam proficiency is a plus.
    • Extensive aerospace manufacturing experience with highly complex designs and familiarity with OEM standards is desired.

    Education & Certifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
