    Job Summary:

    We are looking for an Aerospace Part Masker to join our team! Your primary job role will be performing masking and unmasking operations for complex parts used in Military, Commercial, and Space Systems. Other responsibilities include other operations for processing jobs through the Liquid and Powder Coat Paint Application Processes.

    Responsibilities:

    Masking Aerospace parts while utilizing blueprints and/or First-Article Masked Part as the guide

    Documenting in English the work you have performed by writing in English on company Forms

    Preparation of parts prior to paint applications (Counting Parts, Cleaning Parts, Packaging Parts)

    Using test equipment to check compliance of parts (Thickness, Gloss, Adhesion)

    Qualifications:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate in both verbal and written forms.

    Ability to read documents in English.

    Ability to see, hear, and use arms and hands (Note: The Company will consider accomodations for physical impairments)

    Ability to alternate standing and sitting for 8 hours.

    Solid interpersonal skills to enable effective teamwork abilities

    Prior work experience that demonstrated good performance

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites

    Must conform to the company’s FAA Drug and Alcohol Program Policy.

    Considerations for Higher Starting Pay:

    High School diploma/GED, or equivalent experience required.

    Experience in Aerospace blueprint reading.

    Previous experience in Aerospace Part Masking.

    Understanding of micrometers, calipers, and basic industry specifications.

    Excellent problem solving skills

    Ability to lead and train other maskers
