Your Impact:

As an Aesthetic Consultant, you'll create unforgettable experiences by building relationships with our patients and providing top-notch product education. Your role will include:

• Patient Interaction: From answering calls to scheduling appointments and educating patients on skincare products.
• Sales Excellence: Completing transactions and utilizing your consultative selling skills to meet sales goals.
• Supportive Teamwork: Assisting medical providers and participating in marketing projects, all while being an empathetic ear for our patients.

Who We're Looking For:

• A Positive Attitude: High emotional intelligence and a growth mindset are key.
• Flexibility: Willingness to wear multiple hats and work outside regular hours, including Saturdays and evening events.
• Communication Skills: Excellent at engaging with patients both in person and over the phone.
• Learning Enthusiasm: Eager to learn about facial anatomy, injectable treatments, and skincare.
• Experience: Retail sales and customer service experience are preferred, but not mandatory. A background in the hospitality or service sector is ideal.
