    This is a REMOTE POSITION. Applicant should be local to Maui County, Hawaii. Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist (Property Locator) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to secure leads and acting as a liaison to the project manager to procure corporate leases. Must be able to maintain and update our CRM and other dashboards hourly and demonstrate excellent multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. While real estate experience is a plus, we are open to individuals with a strong track record in similar roles who are computer savvy and can adapt to our industry-specific needs Immediate Hire The Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist position requires a flexible schedule. The typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a total of 35 to 40 hours per week. However, candidates should be willing to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings, to accommodate the needs of our clients, prospects, and current staff. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to secure lease opportunities. • Update and maintain our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other dashboards with accurate and up-to-date information. • Pay close attention to details and maintain data accuracy in all records. • Multitask efficiently, handling both lead generation and administrative duties. • Demonstrate effective communication skills with prospects, clients, and team members. • Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles in the lead generation process. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in a related field is a plus, but not required. • Computer savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage both inbound and outbound tasks. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles is highly regarded. • Proven problem-solving skills to adapt to changing market conditions and prospect needs. • Experience as a Property Locator is a significant advantage, showcasing your ability to identify and source available properties for clients and prospects. Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
