We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our team and help elevate our practice to new heights.

Position Overview: As an Aesthetic Injector, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser therapies, RF microneedling, PRP/PRF, and PDO thread procedures. With a strong foundation of at least 2 years of relevant experience, you will work independently while actively contributing to the growth of our client base and enhancing our reputation for excellence. Your passion for aesthetics, commitment to patient safety, and drive for continuous improvement will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

 Patient Consultation & Assessment:

Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and aesthetic goals.

Develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring informed consent and realistic expectations.

Aesthetic Treatments:

Administer injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) with precision and safety.

Perform laser treatments, RF microneedling, PRP/PRF, and PDO thread lifts, adhering to established protocols and best practices.

Wellness, Hormones Therapies and Weight loss.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

 Practice Building:

Independently build and nurture a robust client base through exceptional service, follow-up care, and referrals.

Participate in marketing initiatives, community events, and outreach programs to promote the practice’s services.

 Patient Safety & Compliance:

Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all treatment areas.

Adhere to state and federal guidelines, as well as practice-specific protocols and ethical standards.

 Professional Development:

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in aesthetics.

Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and maintain certifications.

Qualifications:

 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables, lasers, and PDO thread procedures (will train on PDO threads and RF microneedling). Injectable experience is a MUST.

 Certifications & Licensure: Valid state license in Florida to perform aesthetic treatments; certifications in injectables, laser therapy, and related procedures preferred.

 Technical Skills:

Proficient in administering neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and PDO thread lifts.

Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics.

 Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional communication and consultation skills with a patient-centric approach.

Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

Proven track record in practice building and client retention
