    Aesthetics by Emediate Cure is a med spa offering high-quality aesthetic treatments in a professional environment. We are dedicated to providing top-notch services and exceptional care for our clients, and we are looking for a compassionate, outgoing and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team.

    Job Description: As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at Aesthetics by Emediate Cure, you will be responsible for assisting and preforming with various treatments and procedures, as well as performing administrative duties in a client-focused setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with medical procedures and patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

    Take patient vitals, review medical histories, and maintain accurate patient records.

    Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

    Administer IM injections and assist with other minimally invasive treatments.

    Educate clients on post-procedure care and health maintenance.

    Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols.

    Coordinate patient appointments, manage patient intake, and provide exceptional customer service.

    Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor in all client interactions.

    Inventory and stocking supplies

    Answering phones

    Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

    Qualifications:

    Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.

    Preferably 1-2 years of experience working in a medical or aesthetic environment.

    Knowledge of med spa treatments and procedures is preferred.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask

    Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.

    CPR certification

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience giving IM injections

    Schedule:

    Full Time

    Set schedule

    Must be available to work 10-hour shifts every Wednesday and Thursday (preferably 9 AM-7 PM)

    Must be available to work every other Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM

    Other days include Monday's and Friday's where hours are flexible.
