Financial Management: • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, manage budgets, and identify cost- • saving opportunities. • Ensure accurate billing and payment processing. • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels. • Human Resources: • Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. • Conduct performance appraisals and salary reviews, fostering a positive and • productive work environment. • Facilitate daily huddles and monthly staff meetings to maintain open communication • and drive continuous improvement. • Office Management: • Work with the practice owner to analyze business metrics and adjust strategies as • needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and sales reps to maximize success • with products and services. • Streamline office systems and manage administrative duties to ensure smooth • operations. Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems Qualifications: • College degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an aesthetic practice. • Strong business acumen with exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time • management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential issues with tact. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems. • Leadership skills a MUST! Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus
