  • Responsibilities

    The Aesthetician will provide skin treatments, including facials, microneedling, RF microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and advanced laser procedures. They will recommend treatment plans and skincare regimens while monitoring patient expectations and results. The Aesthetician is responsible for documenting treatments in patient charts promptly.

    • Compensation: Hourly + Commission

    • Schedule: 3-4 days per week

    Responsibilities

    * Adhere to scheduled appointment times.
    * Proper use and documentation in the EMR
    * Patient before and after photos
    * Conduct thorough consultations to assess contraindications and recommend treatment plans.
    * Deliver all treatments in a professional and timely manner
    * Advise clients on skincare and recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens.
    * Maintain rapport with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    * Address client complaints professionally, involving management as needed.
    * Clean and sterilize instruments per company policies and OSHA
    * Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between clients.
    * Monitor and stock back bar and retail inventory; coordinate inventory management with the Practice Manager.
    * Maintain licenses and certifications
    * Attend all mandatory training and meetings.
    * Recommend and sell products, services, packages and loyalty programs
    * Meet sales and treatment goals
    * Participate in marketing activities, including social media and sales events.
    * Cross train employees as needed.
    * Participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
    

    Requirements and Skills

    • Esthetics License and Assistant Laser Practitioner License
    • Knowledge of skincare and various technologies
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
