Our client is seeking a Full-Time Aesthetician

Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to provide professional skin care treatments while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

What You Will Do

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments , including eyebrow tinting, lash lifts, eyelash extensions, waxing, makeup applications, facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microchanneling.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to determine appropriate treatments for clients.
• Provide expert pre- and post-treatment recommendations to clients.
• Educate clients about skincare products and their benefits , helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Promote skincare products and services to contribute to spa revenue.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to provide a seamless client experience.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and marketing activities.

What You Bring to the Table

• Valid Esthetician License in the state of Georgia.
• 2+ years' experience as an aesthetician in a spa or medical setting.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of skin care treatments.
• Expertise in waxing, brows, lashes, and makeup applications.
• Strong sales and customer service skills (retail sales experience is a plus).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality care.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and treatment goals.
• Professional demeanor and a natural talent for beauty and aesthetics.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Assistant Laser Practitioner License and experience with Aerolase is a plus.
