    What You'll Do: The Aesthetician will provide professional skin care treatments and aesthetic services to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction. This role involves performing a variety of treatments, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and building strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Services:

    • Perform skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling and other advanced treatments.
    • Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to determine appropriate treatments for clients.
    • Provide pre- and post-treatment advice and recommendations to clients.
    • Ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction during and after treatments.

    Product Knowledge and Sales:

    • Recommend and promote skin care products to clients based on their individual needs.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, treatments, and industry trends.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the medical spa.

    Sanitation and Safety:

    • Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and stored.
    • Adhere to all medical spa policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

    Professional Development:

    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of aesthetics and integrate new techniques and knowledge into practice.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with other medical spa staff to provide comprehensive client care.
    • Assist with special events, promotions, and marketing activities as required.
    • Communicate effectively with management regarding client feedback and any issues that arise.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid esthetician license in the state of Georgia.
    • Proven experience as an esthetician in a spa or medical setting.
    • Proficiency in performing a wide range of skin care treatments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and customer service abilities.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of care.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
