    SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Centers -Aesthetician

    Position Overview: As an Aesthetician at SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Center, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional aesthetic services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of skin care treatments, including HydraFacial, chemical peels and microneedling, all while contributing to the overall success of our Center. Your ability to engage clients with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of their skin care needs will be integral to our center's reputation and expansion. Time will be split with front desk tasks such as scheduling, answering incoming phone calls, and checking in clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Interaction:
    • Greet clients upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner.
    • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client's skin care concerns and goals.
    • Provide informative guidance on our range of services and products based on client's individual needs.
    1. Skin Care Services:
    • Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and microneedling treatments with precision and expertise.
    • Tailor treatments to match client's chosen packages, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
    • Utilize your skills and knowledge to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients.
    1. Consultations and Upselling:
    • Conduct thorough skin care consultations for clients with specific problem areas.
    • Recommend suitable treatments and products to address clients' concerns effectively.
    • Upsell premium skin care products to enhance client's post-treatment care routine.
    1. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members, including other aestheticians and front desk staff.
    • Share insights, expertise and best practices to collectively elevate the quality of service.
    1. Sales and Business Growth:
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting all SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Center services, packages, memberships and products.
    • Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting the overall success of the franchise.
    1. Professionalism and Personal Growth:
    • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, always maintaining a polished appearance and demeanor.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques and emerging technologies in skin care.
    • Attend relevant training sessions to enhance your skills and stay aligned with the center's offerings.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a licensed aesthetician, with expertise in HydraFacials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions.
    • Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care.
    • Prior sales experience and willingness to upsell skin care products.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    • A commitment to the success of the center and a willingness to contribute to its growth.
    • Knowledge of skin care trends, products, and treatments is preferred.
    • Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
    • Required Bilingual: Spanish and English
    • Preferred previous experience working with Zenoti

    • Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services
    • Perform facials and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose
    • Upsell lotions, creams and other skin care products
    • Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas
    • Willingness to sell all SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Centers services, packages, memberships and products directly to customers
    • Willingness to work successfully alongside the rest of the team members
    • Willingness to recognize that their personal success is tied to the success of the Franchise
