B2B Sales Representative. No Experience Necessary.

Aether, LLC manages the marketing and sales divisions of a leading distributor of premium product lines tailored to the ever-expanding smoke shop/headshop/dispensary and natural/holistic product retail channels.

The Aether, LLC Sales Office seeks a motivated and creative individual to join our sales staff in servicing existing accounts and creating new B2B relationships through leads provided internally and via conventions and trade shows.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Outbound sales calls
• Generate new business while servicing existing accounts
• Adequately update our CRM system as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must express ability to self-motivate while also working well in a team environment
• Knowledge of our products is required. Training can be provided, but a passion for our industry is a big plus.
• Strong communication, phone and email skills required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adequately manage all customer follow-ups while balancing all other customer service duties required throughout the day
• Previous employment within Headshop or Counterculture industry a plus
