    About the Role

    The Business Development Representative is a crucial member of the Marketing team who will uncover and build affiliate partnerships that help drive the Quintessa lead engine.

    You will work directly with our senior affiliate manager as well as the CMO and all members of the marketing team in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. In this key role, you are 30% farmer and 70% hunter. You will find, recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate partnerships that continually grow profitable top-of-the-funnel leads.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and has a deep understanding of lead generation, preferably in the personal injury/legal arena.

    Responsibilities

    • Source new affiliate partnerships and lead buying opportunities
    • Negotiate and manage profitable buys
    • Manage pull-through of partner leads through our intake call center
    • Work continuously with affiliates to capture more lead SOW and continually grow the business
    • Manage performance reports that monitor the health of the channel and each affiliate's contribution
    • Perform other duties as directed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of digital marketing-specific experience
    • Strong marketing analytical abilities
    • A self-starter with a sales mentality who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional client and team communication skills
    • Lead generation experience
    • Experience managing digital media buys
    • Exceptional knowledge of digital KPIs
    • Expert knowledge of the lead gen ecosystem and its major players
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Lead Generation in the legal industry
    • Familiarity with the PI Legal industry
    • Familiarity with Call Center Sales environments
