    Rock Steady Boxing, Inc. is an Indianapolis-based nonprofit organization that provides individuals living with Parkinson’s disease hope through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum. Founded in 2006, Rock Steady Boxing, Inc. was the first boxing program of its kind in the country. There are now over 800 affiliate locations independently owned and operating in all 50 states in the U.S. and 16 International countries/territories. The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to equip our affiliates and empower the coaches to improve the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s disease through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum.

    Our team at Rock Steady Boxing headquarters is growing and we’re currently looking to hire an Affiliate Specialist- New Affiliates. The primary functions of this role are responding to inquiries from potential clients, onboarding those clients, and providing support and account management on an ongoing basis with an emphasis on the first-year experience.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:

    1. Serve as the principal contact for initial inquiries of new Coaches and Affiliates and lead these through the inquiry, application, training, and launch process.

    • Using the CRM, record all encounters with individuals throughout the sales cycle.
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for new clients, ensuring that they have the tools to ensure a successful first year experience including coordinating services with external vendors such as equipment and graphic design.
    • Manage front-end training camp tasks for new affiliates- track registration, send necessary information to participants in advance, handle onsite tasks day of, and connect with new affiliates.
    • Act as a consultant to new affiliates on an ongoing basis including building and managing effective communication, increasing engagement with RSB headquarters, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, and identifying and providing additional resources and support to affiliates

    2. Ensure Affiliate and Coach data collection is accurate and recorded appropriately in databases

    • Communicate with Director of Operations on billing/invoicing for new affiliates and coaches
    • Ensure data collected between the application and recording the AMS is accurate

    3. Provide support to new affiliate locations over their first year

    • Ensure ongoing monitoring of program activities to include check-ins with affiliates
    • Complete an initial 1-year evaluation of new affiliates with written findings and recommendations for changes to enhance the program as appropriate

    4. Collaborate within the Affiliate team to identify areas of potential affiliate growth

    • Communicate with Affiliate Services Director and Director of Corporate Affiliate Partnerships with leads within the corporate market segment
    • Collaborate across the organization to provide resources necessary to equip all new affiliates for success in fulfillment of the Rock Steady mission.

    5. Other duties as assigned

    Education and/or Experience: Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

    Hours: The offices of Rock Steady Boxing are open during typical business hours Monday- Friday, but this position may occasionally require work beyond these hours and on weekends.

    Location: This position has the possibility to be remote based on experience.

    Salary: $48,000
