    Affinity One: Recovery Specialist AffinityOne is a structured living environment where addiction treatment services are made available by local treatment providers based on the specific needs and goals of the individual. Residents are taught healthy coping mechanisms, self-improvement, goal setting, and how to elevate self-esteem. The comfortable living environment sets the stage for a productive and relaxing treatment experience. Job Description: The Recovery Specialist is a vital member of Affinity One Housing. The Recovery Specialist is under the supervision of the Administrator and is responsible for monitoring the safety and well-being of the residents as they reside at Affinity One. Duties/Responsibilities: • Completes intakes on new patient admissions and orientation procedures and schedules • Records inventory log of all personal belongings, valuables and return ticket; ticket and valuables to be kept in the safe • Facilitate groups such as orientation, meditations, and community meetings • Fills out required lab requisitions per protocol if needed • Know where residents are at all times • De-escalates APA and other resident problems within defined parameters • Participates in all staff meetings as scheduled • Documents attendance for all groups • Files all notes in records daily for case management purposes • Attends shift change meetings to enhance communication with staff regarding resident issues • Provides communication with other treatment providers that the residents may be enrolled and or admitted to • Monitors all areas of the building to ensure that they are clean, safe and orderly, and communicate with other staff as necessary to promote high quality patient care • Remind residents of program rules and regulations as necessary and report infractions appropriately • Complete all assigned paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License, driving record in good standing Schedule: • Full time; 3 - 12 hour shifts • Night Shift; 7:00PM - 7:30AM Compensation: • Hourly rate competitive with experience and location Benefits: • Medical Insurance • Dental/Vision Insurance • STD/LTD • $25,000.00 Basic Life Insurance • 401k • Accrued PTO Plan • Education reimbursement If you are interested in this opportunity or know someone that you respect who would be a good fit for this position, please email: Chase@praesumhealthcare.com Director of Talent Acquisition, Chase RDavis@praesumhealthcare.com Executive Recruiter, Ray
