    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement affordable housing strategies​

    Secure funding and manage grants​

    Oversee housing project design, construction, and management

    Collaborate with property management for efficient operations ​

    Develop and manage program budgets​

    Ensure compliance with housing regulations and grant requirements ​

    Manage tenant selection and relationships

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as: Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Social Work, Housing/Property Management

    Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in affordable housing development and management ​

    Strong strategic planning and financial skills ​

    Excellent grant writing and compliance knowledge​

    Effective collaboration with stakeholders

    Commitment to developing and maintaining positive community relationships ​
