    We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and manage our after-school program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging activities that promote the holistic development and satisfaction of our youth participants. This role is ideal for retired or current teachers seeking additional part-time employment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Activity Coordination:

    Plan and organize daily activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.

    Ensure all activities align with program objectives and promote student engagement.

    1. Staff Management

    Oversee staff compliance with organizational policies, including uniform standards and attendance.

    Actively delegate tasks, monitor performance, and conduct weekly evaluations to maintain a high-quality team.

    Facilitate ongoing training and support for staff members.

    1. Program Quality Assurance:

    Develop and implement programs that address the comprehensive needs of each child.

    Regularly assess and adjust programming to ensure youth satisfaction and engagement.

    1. Attendance Management:

    Maintain accurate records of student attendance.

    Monitor attendance patterns and address any issues promptly.

    1. Enrollment and Communication:

    Manage the enrollment process for new participants, including interactions with parents.

    Communicate daily with parents in a positive and constructive manner, providing updates and addressing concerns.

    1. Conflict Resolution:

    Implement and enforce effective conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious environment.

    1. Safety and Transportation:

    Develop and uphold safety plans, especially concerning transportation services.

    Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in education or youth program management is highly desirable.

    Strong organizational and leadership skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.

    Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

    Work Schedule:

    Shift Time: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

    Additional working hours are available on select days.
