    We are seeking a commited and motivated Summer Camp Teacher to join our team! Your top priority will be to ensure the safety and well-being of the students enrolled while implementing fun and challenging experiences. We will work with you to create activites that focus on real-life careers such as: banking, veterinarians, doctors and nurses, farmers and more. Our students ages range from 5 -12 years old.

    While assisting us with maintaining childcare rules and regulation, we want you to enjoy teaching by creating lesson plans and organizing field trips that support each child's academic development.

    The ideal candidate must love children, the outdoors and be ready for adventures!

    Responsibilities:

    Plan and facilitate games, sports, and other outdoor activities from May 26 - August 26

    Create daily and weekly schedules based on age group and interests

    Monitor Summer campers and escort them to various activities

    Provide fun learning opportunities

    Set up, take down, and maintain monthly activities

    Communicate with parents

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a school-age group leader or in a similar position

    Experience cooking, arts, crafts and outdoor activities

    Highly organized and responsible

    Excellent communication skills

    Willing to become First-aid and CPR-certified

    Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, bending, kneeling, running, and carrying light-weight equipment
