    Aftermarket Sales Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aftermarket Sales Manager to drive profitable sales and strengthen customer relationships worldwide. This individual contributor role involves significant global travel to engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that emphasize value and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, managing accounts and understanding organizational needs, asset status, and buying trends.
    • Conduct regular visits to customer sites (40% travel) to assess equipment, gather insights, and propose customized aftermarket solutions, including spare parts, field services, repairs, upgrades, and digital offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between new equipment sales and aftermarket services.
    • Create data-driven proposals leveraging technical and commercial expertise to highlight value and reduce total cost of ownership.
    • Oversee the customer lifecycle from initial engagement to final order delivery, ensuring smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and expand long-term agreements with key customers and channel partners.
    • Maintain and optimize customer and asset databases while reporting on sales pipelines, win rates, and market trends to drive growth strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent).
    • 8+ years of technical and commercial sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery or aftermarket services.
    • Proven ability to independently manage complex accounts and multitask effectively.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
    • Flexibility for global travel and working across time zones.
    • Preferred if in Eastern or Central Time Zone

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $110,000.00 per year + Commision
