We are looking for Afternoon admin help from 2pm - 6pm, Mon - Fri.

    Make a difference every day.

    Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).

    Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.

    Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.

    Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence.

    Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    Must have experience in a childcare setting

    A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.

    Must meet state licensing and Primrose training requirements

    Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice to others

    Solution and detail-oriented

    Strong organizational skills

    Coachable and able to coach

    Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Setting up training for new employees

    Reviewing and following up for completion of employee and children's files

    Ensures teacher training requirements are up-to-date; maintains staff files

    Creating weekly staff schedules and break schedules

    Maintaining inventory, ordering and stocking school supplies which includes art supplies, food and stationery

    Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions

    Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

    Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Primrose School of Randolph Employee Handbook

    Ability to lift 35lbs

    Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary

    Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school
