    Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Evening Childcare Teacher to join our dynamic team at The Learning Experience. The ideal candidate will support our mission by providing high-quality educational experiences and care for children in the late afternoon hours. This position will require you to engage children in various activities that enhance their development, including play, arts and crafts, circle time, and snack time, all while maintaining a safe and positive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and engage with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in a variety of activities, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and actively participating.

    Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and experiences in alignment with The Learning Experience curriculum.

    Foster positive relationships with children, providing emotional support and encouragement to build confidence and independence.

    Assist children with basic needs, including snack time, bathroom routines, and preparing for pick-up.

    Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and progress during pick-up time.

    Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, maintaining a high standard of health and safety.

    Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a warm, inclusive, and educational environment.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred).

    Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is highly desirable.

    Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in fostering children's development.

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

    Must pass background check and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

    Work Hours:

    Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
