Role Overview: As an Evening and Overnight Shift Cashier, you’ll be a key player in our daily store operations. This guest-facing role is crucial to making a great first impression and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You will handle transactions, maintain workspaces, and assist with food preparation, all while embodying our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Reliable transportation is essential.

Prior experience on overnight shifts is a plus, or a strong preference for night work.

Ability to multitask, perform frequent bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Strong time management skills, especially for independent overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

Express appreciation to guests and promote our rewards loyalty program.

Accurately operate the POS system and handle transactions for cash and fuel.

Keep workspaces organized, stocked, and clean, including bathrooms and pump stations.

Prepare and present food items, including our customer-favorite coffee, with attention to detail.

Follow all food safety and health code guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

Work independently during overnight shifts, managing time and maintaining high standards.
