Assists Afterschool Director operate and manage all aspects of an early education center, including human resources, customer relations, marketing, educational programs, financial responsibility, and physical facility. Serves as the onsite person for daily operations and supervision of Kids in Action before and after school program.

Reports to the Afterschool Director.

Hours

1:30-6:30 Monday-Friday

Salary

$15-17 hourly

Qualifications

The Crew Lead of After-School must meet or exceed state licensing requirements, including age, education, and experience. A Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Early Childhood is preferred; CDA preferred. At least 1-year previous experience required.
