About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Afterschool Program Teachers to join our team at The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers in Windsor Mill, MD. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities

Assist with homework and provide academic support

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program

Communicate effectively with parents and staff

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting

High school diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred

Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
