Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an agency that has highly proficient AI agent developers to partner with us on a project-based contract. This is a focused, high-impact initiative to build an intelligent agent that will serve both internal operations and customer-facing use cases.

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in AI agent architecture, orchestration, and deployment , who can take ownership of a scoped project and deliver tangible outcomes.

They should be fluent in building agents that can handle real-world workflows, integrate with various systems, and operate reliably in production environments.

The following are a must :

• Proven experience building and shipping AI agents (LLM-based or hybrid)
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool use, and orchestration
• Ability to manage the full cycle: scoping, prototyping, deploying, and iterating
• Comfortable working independently (or with your agency team)
• Clear communication, reliable delivery, and a sharp eye for practical execution
