    Agency Support Representatives provide support to the field agents, GPM Life and GPM H &L sales management team. At GPM Life, our Agency department will train, support, and help strengthen your skills. GPM Life encourages career growth and advancement.

    ALL ABOUT THE POSITION

    As an Agency Support Representative, each day could bring new challenges, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities :

    • Act as first-line contact for incoming Agency Contracting, Administration and Support calls/text messages/live chats.
    • Gather information, diagnose needs, and work towards resolution if within skillset.
    • Provide website, technology, and product training/assistance as needed or requested.
    • Take credit card payments for state appointment renewals, review commission statements, and provide general onboarding assistance.
    • Enlist the help of other departments, for further assistance, if necessary
    • Make welcome calls to new agents and offer assistance as needed.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    ****EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have an active Life, Accident, Health and HMO Insurance license or be able to take and pass the licensing exam within 90 days of hire.
    • Must have extensive knowledge of life insurance products and principles.
    • Must be familiar with standard life insurance concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Must possess strong Microsoft 0ffice and computer skills.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills needed/desired.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

    SCHEDULE:

    • Monday to Friday
    • 39 hours per week
