Responsibilities:
Sales, market appropriate products and services to service customer needs
Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients and companies we represent on the phone, email and on paper.
Supporting teammates with follow up for clients and prospects.
Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company… both paper records and on our many different software programs.
Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed.
Once a product is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system.
Cultivate relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Positive Professional image in person and on phone.
Must have at least 2 years experience and be licenced
Self-starter, driven, can manage rejection well.
Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Familiar with rating software.
Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest.
Perks/Benefits: FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay based on Experience, Salary, Monthly Performance Bonus, 1 week Paid Vacation after 6 months, Paid Holidays, Group Medical Paid 100%, Profit Sharing with Company Match. Part-Time could be considered.
