Agent Services Coordinator - Director Of First Impressions
Keller Williams Rivertown is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Agent Services Coordinator / Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face and essential support system for our agents and visitors. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $43,000 • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional support to agents, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing success. • Assist with processing licensure, documentation, and recruitment materials. • Maintain and promote the KW Market Center training calendar and events. • Serve as a liaison between agents and KW resources, including technology platforms, marketing tools, and operational systems. • Coordinate and deliver new agent orientations and in-house training classes on essential agent tools and services. • Assist with technology setup, troubleshooting, and system training (e.g., DocuSign, Dotloop, email, printers, network support). • Engage and communicate with agents via email, social media, and in-office interactions to encourage participation in Market Center activities. • Foster a positive and productive office environment aligned with KW’s culture and values. • Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service, whether in person or over the phone. • Assist in recruiting efforts to help grow the organization. • Set up training and meeting rooms for daily events. • Maintain Market Center and training room cleanliness and organization. • Answer phone calls and direct correspondence to the appropriate parties. • Build relationships with agents and serve as a culture leader within the Market Center. • Create and distribute Market Center notifications via email. • Assist the management team with agent onboarding and administrative duties. • Coordinate Market Center events and assist in planning office functions. • Handle incoming mail, checks, and packages. • Provide administrative and technical support to agents as needed. Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming personality. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Experience with real estate systems such as DocuSign or Dotloop is a plus. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the leadership team. • Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or real estate role is preferred.
