As the Agent Services Coordinator, you’ll provide direct support to the Team Leader while serving as a key resource for our agents. You’ll be instrumental in onboarding new agents, connecting them to Keller Williams’ systems and tools, and assisting with marketing and recruitment efforts. This role is essential in creating an exceptional experience for our agents, helping them succeed in their real estate careers. Compensation: • Starting salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 • Profit share bonuses considered after 60 days • Paid Time Off • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Support Agents: Provide exceptional customer service, assist with technology (e.g., SmartPlans, DocuSign, printers, and networking), and ensure agents have the tools they need. • Onboarding: Facilitate new agent intake, orientation, and integration into KW systems. • Marketing & Recruiting: Assist with agent recruitment by supporting marketing campaigns and creating recruitment packets. • Social Media Content Creation: Create and manage eye-catching graphics and engaging social media content, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and Facebook posts, to promote events, trainings, and agent achievements. Utilize tools like Canva and CapCut to produce high-quality visuals while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic. Collaborate with leadership to highlight successes and ensure effective marketing of market center activities. • Event Coordination: Plan and promote office activities, training, and events through social media and email communications. • Technology & Systems Management: Oversee office technology and serve as a resource for agents. • Administrative Excellence: Manage office calendars, maintain agent rosters, and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: • Must reside within 20 miles of KW Moorestown. • Experience in real estate or familiarity with Keller Williams systems is a plus. • Proficiency in Canva or other basic design tools, with the ability to create polished, professional designs. • Experience creating Instagram Reels, Stories, and other video content; familiarity with video editing apps like CapCut or similar tools. • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook), including current content trends, and creating content that resonates with the audience (agents or recruits) to help drive engagement. • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute effective marketing campaigns. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work. • Ability to engage with agents through comments, messages, and interactive social media features. • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • A team player with a positive, resourceful attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-service-focused, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
