    HomeTeam4u is seeking an all-star Agent Success Manager to help lead, train, and recruit top-performing real estate professionals. In this role, you'll work closely with our buyer agents, listing agents, and inside sales agents to improve skills, boost conversion rates, and hold the team accountable to their goals. You’ll also assist in recruiting both experienced and new agents, while collaborating with the Team Leaders, Sales & Growth Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure we hit key sales and profitability targets. This position requires someone who’s driven and passionate about motivating others. The right candidate is a natural leader, confident communicator, and true team player who thrives on helping others grow and succeed in a high-performing, fast-paced real estate environment. Responsibilities: General Responsibilities: • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of each individual agent are necessary. Effective oral and written communication skills, understanding of budgets, and strong time management skills are also required. Most importantly, you will have a great sense of humor and will be able to continue building the team culture and a fun working environment • Office management • Schedule meetings • Manage calendars • Assist in the creation of policies & standard processes for best practices as needed. • Collaborate regularly with OM & SGM to ensure up-to-date processes and procedures are recorded properly • Assist with the maintenance of CRM - FUB and Sisu • Collaborate with OM and SGM to maintain training books • Team training • Monitor VAs & ISAs' Time Doctor for hour shortages • Help prep for and present at Team meetings, including updating Keynote • Review and analyze weekly accountability reporting with agents • Coordinating with the OM's new hire onboarding & orientation dates • Assist in strategic goal setting & planning • Business development • The focus of the team lead • Prospecting for new business • Escalations on transactions when needed • Join weekly coaching calls as needed • Attend industry events/training with agents as appropriate **Agent Support & Training: ** • Meet with new agents to work on scripts, teach technology, and talk about standards and best practices • Participate and host a Wednesday morning sales meeting with the entire sales team • Conduct a minimum of 2 role-playing sessions each week • Run additional streamlined training and weekly training sessions • Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly 1-on-1 meetings with agents. To discuss current KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), goals, and current needs Recruiting: • The Agent Success Manager is responsible for working with the Sales & Growth Manager to conduct new agent and team member recruitment Which is to include: updating job posts, keeping current on incoming applications, nurture the not quite ready applications, screen applicants and do initial screening interviews, coordinate with marketing to have regular recruiting marketing advertising content. Hit monthly hiring goals New Agent Training: • She/he will run all new agents' Streamline training sessions and additional training sessions Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual agents • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong understanding of budgets and time management • Proven track record of success in sales • Experience in recruiting and onboarding talent • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team • Real estate experience (license preferred but not required) • Positive attitude with a great sense of humor and the ability to foster a fun, team-oriented culture Compensation: $60,000 yearly
