Job Title : Agent Support Associate
Location: Suwanee, GA.
Salary Range: $42,500 - $47,500
Reports to : Underwriting Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate underwriting activities between the company and field agents.
- Ensure alignment of company underwriting systems with product/contract requirements.
- Develop familiarity with automated underwriting processes and associated rules.
- Monitor and report on new business activity and progress towards goals.
- Participate in company-wide strategy development.
- Conduct audits for quality and accuracy in departmental work.
- Communicate with agents to obtain missing information and resolve issues.
- Manage a portfolio of policies, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
Key Performance Indicators:
Response time to customer inquiries.
Success rate in moving cases to a paid status.
Attention to potential training regarding products and policy follow ups to ensure the appropriate time frames are met when processing business.
Efficient data processing to include uploading reports to our tracking systems utilizing metrics provided by our carriers
Successful team project collaborations as we are constantly innovating our office procedures and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- High degree of concentration and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Work Schedule:
