    CereCore is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join our team in Nashville, TN.

    Summary:
    Agile Coach would drive improvement to our end-to-end project execution framework and coach our automation delivery teams towards Agile methodologies with Azure DevOps from project conceptual approval through long term support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as central point of contact for framework process, resources, and training needs
    • Framework Improvement:
      • Research and implement updates to overarching process and training materials
      • Triage feedback from the department on potential improvements and facilitate review/decision-making processes
      • Manage action items for delegated template updates
      • Ongoing change management through building alignment within department leadership and communication of framework updates.
    • Coaching:
      • Provide coaching to teams through new framework and agile implementation and ceremonies.
      • Transition from elbow-to-elbow live support to periodic check-ins.
      • Initiate and provide 1:1 coaching as needed for key roles.
    • Training: Provide routine training for new hires, facilitate presentation by additional team members as needed.
    • Reporting: Collect and report to leadership on progress of implementation and productivity/Agile KPIs.
    • Community: Implement sharing of best practices through analyst and architect communities within the ACoE.

    Requirements:

    • Comfort in a coaching/mentorship role.
    • Prior experience with new implementation of agile or scrum practices with an IT development team.
    • Demonstrated ability to measure success, development team productivity.
    • Software development process improvement.
    • Knowledgeable of AzureDevOps configuration – nice to have.
    • Experience holding individual contributors and managers not in their direct reporting line accountable.
    • Experience with hybrid on/off-shore development teams – nice to have.
    • Public speaking, willing to host training sessions with groups of 5-50 people.
    • Facilitation, building consensus between stakeholders and tracking action items.
