BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an Agile Coach-Junior to provide consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices. This is a full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.
The Junior Agile Coach will assist teams in adopting Agile methodologies to improve software development processes and workflows. The role involves identifying organizational barriers to Agile transformation and implementing strategies to overcome these challenges. The successful candidate may also manage team members as part of Agile implementation efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Agile coaching or Agile project management.
Export Control Compliance:
This position requires compliance with Export Control regulations. As a result, only "U.S. Persons," as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15, will be eligible. A "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.
