Systems Analyst
Location: Remote (with potential to be onsite occasionally or full time as required)
Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Agility Consultants is currently seeking a talented Systems Analyst to serves as a SME and advisor in technical analysis, road mapping, systems architecture, and system problem solving in a complex environment. The System Analyst analyzes operational challenges, researches progressive and viable solutions, and recommends and implements innovative strategies. This position also applies key performance indicators to measure the impact of the initiatives in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Job Duties:
Analyzes current systems, processes, and procedures for operational inefficiencies and failures
Researches and evaluates viable solutions to the operational challenges
Develops proposals that outline feasibility
Creates Roadmaps to outline: designing of products, programming, providing team leadership, testing, implementing, reporting, reviewing finished products, tracking performance and data quality
Develops, analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes requirements, diagrams, and flowcharts for testers
Ensures all solutions meet client requirements and best practices for scalability, continued support, and system performance
Develops policies, procedures, and/or other source material for the new systems
Provides technical client/end-user support, including researching issues and/or system defects and answering technical questions
Monitors the initiative(s) implementation and progress through completion
Documents all research, system configurations changes and all related information
Develops key performance indicators and accurately measures the impact of the improvement through ongoing analysis
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience working as a Systems Analyst with progressive responsibilities
Skilled in systems architecture and Roadmap systems implementation on large-scale systems
Knowledge of AWS, Azure Cloud, API development and troubleshooting, and big data
Experience with .NET, AngularJS, MSSQL and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of and knowledge of complex systems, computers and applicable software applications, advanced computer installation, configuration, and/or networking principles and techniques, operating systems, system analysis and design principles, business processes, technology infrastructures, JIRA, database principles, and applicable programming principles and/or languages
Demonstrated skill in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting technological platforms and systems and utilizing and managing databases
Ability to develop and facilitate training sessions
Ability to provide effective end-user support for complex problems
Understanding of and ability to implement and measure key performance indicators
Ability to evaluate and design new systems and apply them to new or existing business processes
Ability to read, understand and interpret complex technical manuals
Proven communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
Ability to write reports, system user guides and related documents in an accurate, clear and concise manner
Exceptional researching, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
Ability to adhere to deadlines
Ability to stay abreast of industry best practices and innovative systems, processes, procedures, and technology
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently
