ABOUT AGREUS
Agreus is a niche Resourcing & Recruitment firm that works exclusively with Family Offices. A Family Office is an entity set up to manage a billionaire’s family’s assets (Investments, Company & Private Assets).
We help our clients recruit across a broad range of roles from C-suite positions including CEO and CIO to Investment staff, accountants and administrative staff.
Agreus is a recognised global leader in this space and has developed a strong client following over the last 12 years. We are going through a period of international expansion with Offices in London and New York (and a Singapore Office opening in 2022). Our vision is to have offices in all the major financial centres and we are well on our way to achieving it.
We are now looking to add new members to the team to help with our expansion, initially expanding our team in New York.
We are extremely busy and the majority of our business is inbound and from existing clients.
Experienced recruiters will walk into an active and busy client base and enjoy a culture that is both team focused and supportive.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must have at least 1 year’s recruitment experience (across any industry or sector, as we will provide the relevant training – financial services and wealth management recruitment would be highly advantageous).
COMPENSATION
An excellent compensation structure will be offered to the right candidate, with uncapped earning potential and extremely generous holidays. We offer a hybrid working structure allowing both flexibility and an opportunity to work with like-minded peers in the office.
