    PURPOSE

    We are seeking a Agricultural Service Technician to join our team to perform concrete related tasks involving physical labor.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    Assisting with daily operation of the Agricultural division by completing tasks given by Lead Service Technician or Division Manager.

    Assist with gathering and loading tools, parts, and equipment.

    Work at remote jobs sites as well as the shop.

    Assist with repairs and maintenance of agricultural equipment.

    Ensure worksite is kept clean and safe for customers and employees.

    Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

    Assist walk-in customers as needed.

    Operate hand and power tools.

    Assist in maintaining tools and equipment.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Reliable and on time for work.

    Attentive.

    Able to perform physical labor at a constant pace.

    Able to follow directions.

    Works well independently or as a team.

    Positive attitude.

    Hard worker.

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    Take initiative in learning new tasks.

    Build strong leadership qualities on the job sites.

    Correctly use a variety of hand and power tools.

    Basic problem-solving skills.

    NORMAL DAILY WORK SCHEDULE

    Monday through Friday

    7:00AM – 4:00PM

    ABILITY TO COMMUTE / RELOCATE:

    Plainview, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
