 A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Coordinates the recruitment process; attending and conducting interviews with the hiring team.
• Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and assessments, to share with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Phone etiquette
• Interpersonal and decision-making skills
• 1-2 years experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Linkedin Recruiter
• Familiarity with job boards
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
