    Job Description:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Air Duct Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, assessing, and ensuring the proper function and safety of air duct systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining indoor air quality and ensuring that HVAC systems are running efficiently and safely.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems in both residential and commercial properties.

    Identify and assess issues such as blockages, leaks, poor airflow, and signs of mold, dust, or contaminants.

    Utilize tools and equipment (such as cameras, pressure gauges, and air flow meters) to conduct detailed assessments.

    Provide clear, concise reports on findings, including recommendations for cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

    Work closely with customers to explain issues, provide solutions, and answer any questions.

    Ensure that all inspections comply with relevant safety standards and building codes.

    Maintain accurate records of inspections and reports for internal tracking and customer communication.

    Assist with the scheduling of follow-up services such as duct cleaning or system repairs.

    Stay updated on industry best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (further technical education or certification a plus).

    Proven experience in air duct inspection, HVAC maintenance, or related fields preferred.

    Familiarity with HVAC systems, duct work, and air quality standards.

    Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Comfortable using inspection tools and technology (e.g., cameras, meters).

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.
