Job description:
Coordinate shipments with clients
Communicate with customers, staff, and vendors on a daily basis
Deal and respond promptly with distributors and customers
Resolve any kind of issues, inquiries, complaints, and concerns
Process orders, forms, requests, and create quotations
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping carriers to arrange timely transportation of goods
Prepare regular export reports, including shipment schedules, transit times, and delivery performance
Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates on delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders
Pickup phone calls
Assist sales in quotations
Track and trace shipments
Demonstrate a willingness to learn
Qualification:
Min. 1-2 year experience in import/export shipping or related field
Experience in both Air and Ocean Export
Multilingual preferred
A valid driver's license is a plus
Knowledge of export regulations, international trade practices, and customs
Strong knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service and client relations skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Proficiency in using MS office and/or export-related software
Remote Work: No
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM (1 hour lunch break)
