We are currently seeking a skilled FAA Repair Station Technician to join our dynamic team, specializing in electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic aircraft components.

    Job Summary: The FAA Repair Station Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks on various aircraft accessories in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct inspections, repairs, and overhauls on aircraft components.

    Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques and manuals.

    Maintain accurate records of work performed in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.

    Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

    Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and practices.

    Keep work areas clean and organized while adhering to safety protocols.

    Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes that may affect repair practices.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in aviation maintenance preferred.

    Valid FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) certification is a plus.

    Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, specifically with electromechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics components.

    Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards.

    Proficient in the use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques relevant to aircraft maintenance.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
