Twin Cities Aviation (TCA) is located at the Anoka County Airport (KANE) in Blaine, Minnesota. We are looking for experienced technicians who thrive working in a high-performing team environment.

TCA is an FAA Part 145 Repair Station that has been in business since 1997, focused on EXCELLENCE and QUALITY SERVICE. TCA is a Cirrus Certified Service Center, and we are factory trained on Diamond aircraft. We also support Beach, Cessna (esp. Twin Cessna), and Piper airframes. TCA also has an affiliated aircraft upholstery shop and engineering firm which enables our team to support a wide variety of unique projects.
We are currently hiring for skilled and professional aircraft maintenance technicians who are team-oriented and committed to excellence, quality, safety, compliance and fulfillment of our customer's maintenance needs.
This position works in coordination with the DOM, other company Technicians, Employees and Customers to provide aircraft maintenance services in the following:
100 Hour/Annual Inspections/Progressive Maintenance
Troubleshooting & Unscheduled Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical systems
Engine Removal/Replacement
Composite and Metallic Structural Repairs
Avionics Software Updates
Aircraft jacking, lifting, towing and manual movement
Cleaning and Lubrication
Other duties as assigned

Ensure all Company processes are compliant with Part 145 Repair Station requirements
Note: Initial and Recurrent Training will be provided to inform new employees of our specific Part 145 Repair Station and Service Center requirements.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Aircraft Maintenance Technician possessing a current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License (one or both).
Minimum Experience: 3 Years in related aviation maintenance field.
Experience with composite repair, and paint a plus!
Must have your own set of tools.
Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening and background checks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour, depending on experience
Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
