AIRLAND IS SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED TEAM PLAYER TO JOIN E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IN CARROLLTON, TX

Our ecommerce Customer Service team is growing fast and we are looking to fill exciting ecommerce positions with energetic and qualified members to join our team! Perform various administrative duties to accommodate international company growth. Ideal skills include detail-attentive, great analytical skills, and team player experience.
Duties / Attributes needed:
· Response to customer inquiries and provide customer support
· Identify customers inquiries and implement a solution
· Assist to develop a strategy to decrease refund and customer inquires
· Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment
Qualifications & Skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Adhere to high standards of professional conduct.
· Basic bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
· Other multilingual skills a plus.
