    Responsibilities of an Airport Starter/CSR:

    • Greeting passengers, opening and closing car doors.
    • Answering customer questions regarding rates and trip estimates.
    • Referring customer concerns/comments to the GM.
    • Loading baggage.
    • Directing taxis in the line.
    • Keeping the curb area clean. Ensuring drivers are attentive, in their cars and follow airport guidelines.
    • Checking cars for cleanliness inside and out and reporting issues to the GM
    • Keeping the taxi curb area clean.
