Responsibilities as Airport Starters:

• Serve as a liaison for visitors at Jacksonville International Airport.
• Greet and assist passengers seeking transportation.
• Promote and educate visitors about the zTrip brand, mission, and services.
• Provide information on directions, transportation options, and special needs assistance, such as wheelchair access.
• Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
