POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Engagement Specialist is to represent Airrosti at various in-person and virtual events for school districts that participate in the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) healthcare pool. Examples of in-person events include Experience Airrosti Days, Injury Assessments, Health Fairs, Open Enrollment Meetings, Partner Events, and other events or opportunities deemed wholly beneficial to the Business Development-Account Management departments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Scheduling and attending health fairs, lunch & learns, webinars and other TRS engagements
2. Co-creating and executing upon TRS overall engagement plan with guidance from Director of Account Management
3. Analyzing data and trends to ensure success of engagement opportunities
4. Supporting other employer partner events outside of TRS, as time permits and as necessary
5. Ad hoc assignments as required, including support of engagement activities related to other Employer partners

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferable major in Business Marketing or Communication

• Experience in sales a plus (internal or external)
• Product promotional background a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel is required 75%+ of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PPT, Teams, etc.)
