    Airstream Adventures - Portland is a factory authorized Airstream dealership LOCATED IN GLADSTONE, OR. We are the largest and highest volume Airstream sales organization in the world. In fact, our dealer group sells 1 of every 4 Airstreams made! We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our sales team and represent the most iconic hand-built luxury travel trailers and class B motorhomes in the industry.

    Job Description:

    To provide financing options specific to each guest's particular situation and explain their finance options in a low-pressure setting while allowing them to make their own decisions. Building relationships with lenders. Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new - used-trailers and the finance department. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Selling after-market products and maintaining a high level of penetration.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of dealership finance experience is required
    • Prior RV or automotive sales management experience is a plus
    • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
    • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills working with the public
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and other computer systems, programs.
    • Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task

    Work Environment:

    • Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items - The Team Member is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Requires the ability to move around and maneuver products when necessary.
    • Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 pounds.
    • Walking and Standing - Requires moving around.
    • May sit for extended periods of time at a desk and performing work on a computer
