This opportunity is to work with an Energy company in Billings, Montana; for a 1year contract with benefits and 401k. Main duties will include: * Solve organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing solutions. * Conducting interviews with key project stakeholders, and presenting results. * Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions. * Assist business users, project managers, and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits, and risks of proposed projects. * Facilitate change management efforts associated with a project. * May write and maintain user documentation. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Requirements gathering. * Visio. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Process mapping. * MS Office Package.
